CreekStone Capital Management is launching a new investment fund. The new fund invests in the stock of private companies. Unlike venture capitalists that invest by purchasing shares directly from the company, our new fund will buy stock from existing employees and investors, thus, we are buying "private" stock from the public. Some purchases will be negotiated directly, while others will be done via public exchanges like SharesPost, SecondMarket, & XpertFinancial
