A baker of bread for the food services industry (eg cafes, restaurants, quick service chains etc). The next generation in par-baked bread that allows customers to keep the highest quality bread products in the freezer and they bake in their own oven for a few minutes - they have fresh, full flavour bread readily available. Ideally, we want to convey the craft of great bread making also being unconventional and breaking the rules. Personality is authentic, independent, modern & a maverick.
