$250 Award for a Business Name + Domain Name

This is a new Vietnamese Sandwich bar chain in England that's cool, young, edgy, cult and full of energy. Vietnamese Sandwiches are called Banh Mi (pronounced Bun me). I want a name that's short and catchy and doesn't make fun of the Vietnamese. I'd preferably like one word (which doesn't have to be a real word for example Wagamama). Typical contents include pate, cucumber, pickled carrots and Daikon, meat, seafood or veg filling with chilli's and coriander. The bread is also unique.
