We are a mobile food cart that sells authentic breakfast tacos, bagels, and coffee in the morning and then switch to a gyro cart (new york style) in the afternoon. We are located in Houston Texas and have a very diverse clientele. We would like something that relates to the local population but is scalable to become franchised. We sell quality foods to everyday commuters.
