We are looking for a brand name and domain for a new fast food restaurant chain. The concept is similar to these US brands sweetgreen.com or chopt.com
We are starting our business in Cologne, Germany. We focus on healthy, delicious, meatless food. Everything is served in bowls. In Germany you have nearly no possibility to eat healthy food when you only have 30 minutes of time. In Germany your choice is the Turkish Döner Kebab, pizza or currywurst with pommes frites. ;-) The case that we cook vegetarian and/or vegan food shall not be the main argument. We focus on healthy food (please do not kill me now. . . ) and meat is not healthy. So the brand do not have to show this on the first view. Another focus is a high visibility in the cities we are located. We start in cologne with 2-3 restaurants. We will have a food truck where we sell your ready to eat bowls in the morning on the way to the offices. If we dominate the city we expand into other cities. We buy our products local and we are focussing on sustainability. Our utensils are compostable and we are only using bicycles to deliver the food. As like as Sweetgreen we have an app to preorder your food to have a real quick take away. Our customers will have a great experience in our restaurant. Our bowlistas have knowledge about nutrition and we can pimp your bowl with superfoods ingredients and other lovely and delicious things.
We will create a "Love Brand". People shall have good associations if they think of us!
The first idea of the brand was "Signature Bowls" Every Bowl comes from a person who creates the dish. (signature dish). Every bowl has its own story. First we start with friends & family but later we will have celebrities and all kind of interesting people who are creating bowls for our menu. We will create a vlog with the creation process and the story of this signature dish.
When testing the name we got the feedback that Signature Bowls is too long and not to really understandable for germans. We will do the concept but with an easier name.
The market segment we address is LOHAS (check Wikipedia: Lifestyle of health and sustainability.
Our customer persona is Kathrin Beyer, 30 years old. She works as a marketing manager assistant. She pretty stylish but likes to live a good life with lot of friends. She likes Apple products and her quote is "Life is too short to be normal".
