We are developing a resilience messaging campaign that may be delivered widely to diverse groups such as employees, community members, or seniors. Resilience refers to the ability to withstand, adapt to, and recover from hard times/stress. In other words, how easily do people bounce back from difficult situations, tragedy, trauma, etc. using effective coping strategies? The program will start with a few brief questions about well-being to get to know the user. The messaging will be personally tailored to an individual's level of resilience and well-being.
