I need a name for a new Parisian inspired chic champagne bar/parlor. We will be serving primarily champagne also wine and craft beers. Food menu would consist of olives, flat breads, oysters, caviar. I am creating a chic, sexy, sophisticated, upscale vibe with French decor i.e. bistro chairs, marble counter tops and velvet tufted chairs. I would like the to convey a vibe that is chic, metropolitan, upscale, sexy, fun and French.

Business is a new 2-story restaurant Upscale casual vibe with fresh cuisine menu will lean a little toward fresh Tex-Mex / Cali-Mex (fresh tacos, bowls, etc), but will still have many traditional things such as pizza, burgers, steak, wings etc. All food will be of the highest quality and fresh. Restaurant will have an upscale and trendy vibe as far as interior and menu. Will have outdoor seating, fire pits, casual seating (couches). Upscale bars on both 1st and 2nd floor with high end alcohol selections. Restaurant will be located in a high visibility, high traffic location in front of a mall. Do not want a name that lumps us into the traditional Mexican restaurant category, as that is not what our concept is.
