We are a new quick-serve, fast-casual restaurant that serves delicious and healthy bowls and rolls. Customers can create a meal that satisfies their taste buds while also meeting their dietary requirements be it vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, paleo or keto. Our menu features pork, chicken, beef, and tofu, on a bed of rice or greens, with numerous topping and sauce choices, served either in a bowl or a roll. Some of our more unique ingredients include espresso, tamari, monkfruit, coconut palm sugar, gochugaru, sambal, and furikake. Our protein recipes are simple and clean, but full of flavors that complement the topping and sauce choices as well as each other. We also serve teas, sodas made with cane sugar, and a selection of desserts.
